data analysis overview pre-processing filtering differential expression pattern recognition tools references	overview The LBI-DNA Microarray Facility assists microarray users in analyzing microarray data through various software packages as well as gene annotation support. The programs for the analysis of DNA microarray data include both commercial as well as publicly available programs (see ‘tools’ for a brief description). These software products are used for image analysis, statistical testing, class prediction, clustering and estimation of expression levels from processed image files.
