Christian Radauer was elected Researcher of the Month by the Medical University of Vienna in January 2008 for the development of the AllFam database of allergen families.

Merima Bublin won the 3rd thesis award of the Austrian Society of Allergology and Clinical Immunology for her thesis Characterization of food and pollen allergens.

Stefan Wagner won the award of the sanofi-aventis Stiftung zur Förderung der medizinischen Forschung in Österreich for his achievements in developing mimotope-based melanoma vaccines.
