Welcome to the Biochemistry and Bioinformatics group headed by Christian Radauer. We are part of the Division of Medical Biotechnology at the Department of Pathophysiology and Allergy Research of the Medical University of Vienna.
The aim of our research is gaining a deeper understanding of the molecular basis and the clinical consequences of immunoglobulin E cross-reactivity for allergic diseases. For details, see the Research page.
In accordance with the group's name, we employ a synergistic approach combining wet-lab experiments and in silico analyses to foster the progress in diagnosis and treatment of allergy.
