Before joining Prof. Gasche´s lab, I was employed at Korean DNA Repair Research Center, South Korea. My research interest is in understanding molecular mechanisms of carcinogenesis, focused on cellular response to DNA damage. Currently, I am working on inflammation driven colon cancer and its chemoprevention.
