Lokalisation von Podoplanin in lymphatischen Kapillaren der Niere. Lymphatische Endothelien sind grün markiert (anti-Podoplanin Antikörper). Endothelien von Blutgefäßkapillaren sind rot dargestellt (Antikörper PAL-E) Podoplanin, ein Glycoprotein renaler Podozyten, wird spezifisch von lymphatischen Endothelien, aber nicht von Blutgefäßendothelien exprimiert.
