For each quarter of the year (Jan.-March, April-June, July-Sept., Oct.-Dec.) your insurance sends you at least four ‘Zahnscheine’ (self-referral notes for dental treatment) for treatment at the dentist’s or the hospital. If you do not submit a ‘Zahnschein’ (within the same quarter as you had your treatment), you will receive a letter from the hospital containing a payment request.

Please register with the ‘LEITSTELLE’ (Reception) 7D (on the 7th floor) on arrival. On your first visit you will receive a card called “AMBULANZKARTE”. Please take this card with you for any subsequent visits to the hospital. If the doctor tells you he wishes to see you again please let the ‘LEITSTELLE’ know. They will arrange your next appointment for you.
