Registration Procedure

The registration period for this course has ended on November 20^th, 1998.

In case of problems or questions feel free to contact the meeting office.

All applicants will be notified by December 15^th, 1998 through e-mail whether or not they have been accepted to the course. In addition, detailed information about payment of the registration fee and travel will be provided. Most importantly, all accepted course participants will be notified about the nature of their scientific presentation (short talk, workshop or poster presentation).

Please Note: The course organizer must receive all necessary documentation (CVs, recommendation letters) for Youth Travel Fellowship (YTF) applications by November 30^th, 1998. CVs and two letters of recommendation can be sent to the meeting office by regular mail, e-mail as well as FAX transmission. Please verify your eligibility to receive a YTF grant. Selection of YTF Fellows will be made by December 15^th 1998.
