Registration will take place at the Auditorium Center of the Medical University of Vienna/General Hospital of Vienna, Level 7. A registration desk will be available at the following times:

Letter of Invitation
The conference organizers will be pleased to send a formal letter of invitation to delegates requesting an invitation letter for visa purposes. Your request should be accompanied by a letter from your institution. It is understood that such an invitation does not imply a commitment from the conference to provide any financial support.
Visa
Delegates with European citizenship do not normally need visas. If in doubt, please consult the Austrian embassy/consulate in your home country.
Certificate of attendance
Certificates of attendance will be provided.
Confirmation
If the Congress Secretariat receives the completed registration form before March 20, 2010, a written confirmation of registration will be e-mailed to the Congress participant upon receipt of the registration fee. All registrations received after March 20, 2010, will be processed on site and we will not release a written email confirmation. Registration made after this date may lead to minor delays at the registration desks in connection with the issuing of documentation and settlement of accounts. Please remember to bring your proof of payment for presentation upon request.
It is your personal responsibility that all details such as address, booked events, number of tickets, hotel reservation, date of arrival and departure, etc. are in accordance to your wishes. We therefore strongly recommend that you read and check the letter of confirmation of registration carefully to avoid errors. In the event of any errors in the confirmation letter, please immediately, and in writing, contact Helga.Bodor@meduniwien.ac.at.
Cancellation of participation (a written request is mandatory)
Pre-registered participants who are unable to attend the Conference will have the fees that have been paid refunded after deduction of a processing fee of € 60, provided that written notice of non-attendance (by letter or fax) is received by the Conference Secretariat by March 20, 2010. After this date conference fees can no longer be refunded. All refunds will be processed after the Conference.
Liability and Insurance
Neither the organisers of 5thORPHEUS Conference 2010 nor the Conference Secretariat will assume any responsibility whatsoever for damage or injury to persons or property during the conference. Participants are recommended to arrange for their own personal travel and health insurance.
Changes
The organizers reserve the right to adjust or change the programme as necessary.

Tips
Tips are not mandatory, however, you can give up to 10% dependent on your personal decision in taxis and restaurants.
