For interactive web-based visualization this website used JavaView

JavaView is a 3D geometry viewer and a mathematical visualization software developed by the Mathematical Geometry Processing Group of the Freie Universitat Berlin directed by Mr. Konrad Polthier. The web-integration allows display of 3D geometries and interactive geometry experiments in any HTML document on the internet. The classes of JavaView are free and available from JavaView web pages.

The computerized anatomicall reconstruction was made with WinSURF (SURFdriver Software), a 3D reconstruction software developed by Mr. Scott Lozanoff from University of Hawaii at Manoa, John A Burns School of Medicine.
