Basic seminar "Molecular Signal Transduction" - alternative date 

The Basic Seminar of the dissertation programs “Zelluläre Signaltransduktion” and “Molecular Signal Transduction” SS2010 was not held on the 16.03.2010. 
We have now determined an alternative date: Tue. 13.04.2010 – 18:30. So please notice: on the 13.04. there will be two lectures (17:00 H. Todt; 18:30 R. Moriggl)!

Basic Lecture "Immunology" part 2
 
Prof. Ellmeier, program coordinator of the thematic program "Immunology", currently is preparing a basic lecture for summer semester 2010
and asks you to register via @mail (mailto:wilfried.ellmeier@meduniwien.ac.at) within the next days if you like to attend the lecture. A valid inscription at the Med Uni Vienna is required!

31 March - 7 April no counter service at the Office for Student Affairs. During this period the staff members are partially available.
Counter service is again from 8 April 2010.

Dear collegues,

We would like to remind you that the 6th PhD Symposium is taking place in the Auditorium Centre of the Medical University of Vienna/General Hospital of Vienna from June 16 - 17, 2010.

It will be an excellent opportunity for you to practice presentation skills and gain visibility in the research community at the Medical University Vienna with your posters and oral presentations. You will also have the opportunity to share your work experience with other researchers and explore how to reach out and create synergies with other scientific fields.

Moreover, as every year keynote lectures will be held by excellent speakers and a social event will conclude the symposium.

The deadline for abstract submission is March 22, 2010.
Online-registration can be done via the homepage of YSA
(http://www.meduniwien.ac.at/ysa/).

The registration and participation are free of charge and an active participation at the PhD symposium (oral or poster presentation) can be accepted as 2 semester hours of a Journal Club and Progress Report. The
acceptance is at the discretion of the respective lecturers.
