3rd TranSVIR Annual Meeting, Dublin, Ireland, 8 - 10 July, 2012

The Fellows had the rare opportunity to meet two Nobel Laureates at this year´s Annual Meeting:

Jules A. Hoffmann (University of Strasbourgh), 2011 Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine and

Peter C. Doherty (University of Melbourne), 1996 Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine.

Nobel Laureates Meeting 2011, Lindau, Germany

 

Daniele Biasci, Marie Curie Fellow at the University of Cambridge, has been selected by the Scientific Review Panel of the Council for the Lindau Nobel Laureate Meetings to participate in the 61st Meeting of Nobel Laureates to be held from 26 June to 1 July, 2011, in Lindau, Germany.

Only the 550 most qualified Young Researchers are accepted to contribute to and share the scientific excellence of the Lindau Nobel Laureate Meetings.

In acknowledgement of the 60th Lindau Meeting of Nobel Laureates which was held in 2010, Nature looks at the hard work, inspiration and ultimate recognition associated with a life dedicated to scientific enquiry, and how these can be passed to the next generation.
