After reseting to initial values and starting the iteration, switch from the 'Data Entry' sheet to 'C1' (use the tabs on the lower part of the screen). The 'C1' sheet (C1 stands for Column 1) will contain all regression parameters (such as effective concentrations) and the corresponding graph for the first column of data (A1 to H1). Switch to 'Col 2' etc. for the rest of the data.
