5 years INUNIMAI & 4th Training for Trainers on Molecular Allergology

The International Network of Universities for Molecular Allergology and Immunology – INUNIMAI, an exceptional scientific and clinical network founded 5 years ago by Prof. Rudolf Valenta and Prof. Viktoriya Garib under the auspices of the Medical University of Vienna, held its 4th Training for Trainers from February 21 – 23, 2018 in Vienna.
A traditional Vienna Ball formed the ceremonial conclusion of the scientific event and, for the first time, on the occasion of the 5th anniversary, INUNIMAI Awards were presented: the INUNIMAI Anniversary Awards, the INUNIMAI Recognition Awards, the INUNIMAI Partner Award, the INUNIMAI and Karger Award, and the INUNIMAI Best Poster Award.
Furthermore, 2 other surprise awards were presented: Prof. Hannes Stockinger honored Prof. Viktoriya Garib and Prof. Rudolf Valenta with the Global Allergology and Immunology Award of the Center for Pathophysiology, Infectiology and Immunology of the Medical University of Vienna.
The INUNIMAI network includes 26 universities and 6 diagnostic centers from 10 different countries.
