Case studies are presented by staff of the emergency department on a weekly basis during "Rounds".
Students are encouraged to participate in a web based discussion of the current case. Over the course of one week several new diagnostic results are added.
Participants must answer two questions concerning further diagnostic tool or differential diagnostics.
After one week the diagnosis and a short presentation about the emergency aspects of the case are presented.
