From deciding on a continuing education programme to successfully completing your postgraduate studies, there are 8 steps which we have summarised in our guide.

2. Registration
Once you have chosen a course, fill in the registration form and send it to the relevant course director along with all the necessary documents. Please note the application deadline.
The course director will check your documents and then give you feedback on the status of your registration.
3. Admission & ÖH Fees
The ÖH fee is included in the participation fee. At the end of the regular study period, you must continue to pay the ÖH fee so that you can remain enrolled as an extraordinary student at MedUni Vienna.
Usually, the course director will take care of further registration for you. Afterwards, the Department of Admissions and Examinations will send you the enrolment documents by post.
4. Seminar / Course Fees
After a positive application process, you will be asked to pay the participation fee. Partial payments are also possible.
5. Activate MedCampus
As soon as you have been admitted, please activate your MedCampus account so that you can use the MedUni Vienna's online services.
You can view and print out your academic accomplishments, your current enrolment status, and course documents with your MedCampus account. You can also arrange for all information to be forwarded to your private e-mail address.
6. Completion of Seminars / Courses
Attend the courses and take the required exams.
Information about your exact schedule can be obtained from your course director and on the course website.
7. Master’s Thesis / Dissertation
For courses leading to the academic title "Master of Science" (MSc), you must write a master's thesis.
Choose a topic relevant to your studies and find a supervisor for it.
8. Diploma
You will receive your final documents within 4 weeks after completion of a university course or certificate course.
You must therefore:
- Payed the Course fees
- Attend all courses
- Pass all required exams
- Depending on the type of course, submit a positive, peer-reviewed Master's thesis or dissertation
- Depending on the course, take the final examination
In addition to your diploma, your graduation documents contain a notification of your academic degree or academic title.
