Abstract:

Innovations

(1) Pioneering work functional diagnostics: development of fMRI and first fMRI study within Alpine Area (Grant 1992, Gomiscek et al., 1993)

(2) Pioneering work functional therapy: development of a new ultrasound brain stimulation technique (Transcranial Pulse Stimulation, TPS) and first therapeutic ultrasound study worldwide (Grant 2015, Beisteiner et al., 2019)
