Our group focuses on pathophysiological studies combining metabolic challenging tests (glucose tests, clamp studies, endocrine tests) with fuel imaging applying magnetic resonance spectroscopy (MRS). Our studies include healthy subjects as well as patients with metabolic and endocrine diseases. Furthermore we have a growing experience in applying our techniques to clinical studies with new therapeutic agents as well as in patients with rare diseases.
