Teaching

The lectures held by members of the Division of Medical Biotechnology cover interdisciplinary topics and target medical students as well as students of biology, biotechnology, food science and related fields.

The staff of our division is engaged in teaching within the following curricula:

Medicine degree programme (N202) of the Medical University of Vienna
Our contributions to the qualification of future medical doctors includes teaching basic immunology and offering positions for diploma theses (More information).
Specialisation in Medical Biotechnology
This curriculum is part of the Master Programme Biotechnology, which is jointly organized by the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences, Vienna and the Medical University of Vienna.
PhD Programme Molecular, Cellular and Clinical Allergology
This international PhD programme of the Medical University of Vienna offers positions for PhD students in all fields of allergy research, from basic immunology to clinical allergology (programme website).

Note: In order to be allowed to take exams of lectures of the MUW, students from universities other than the MedUni Vienna must enrol at the MedUni ("Mitbelegen") .
