Kick-off meeting in Hall in Tyrol

On December 4th, 2009, the kick-off-meeting of the project team took place in Hall in Tyrol. Within this meeting, the detailed project plan was finalized, rules for communication and organization within the project were discussed, and the information needs analysis was prepared.
