• High level technical introduction with emphasis on the research area of transplantation
• Workshop includes single-cell immune profiling, CHROMIUM Single Cell, ISIUM Transcriptomics and Loupe
• Training provided by experts of 10x genomics

Eligibility

• Scientists employed at the Medical University of Vienna
• Scientists with an established track record in transplantation
• Scientists with an ongoing or planned project using NGS techniques
