The registration fee includes:

Travel Grants

Students or early postdoctoral fellows that have registered for the conference can apply for a € 400 travel grant. The grant can be used towards travel, accomodation or the registration fee.

Applicants must submit the following documents by latest Sunday, June 18, 2023:

Submit your abstract via the online submission form and opt in for an oral presentation.
Proof of your status as PhD student or early postdoctoral fellow (within the first three years after defense of the PhD) needs to be sent to office@bif2023.org

Successful applicants will be informed by July 5, 2023.

Terms & Conditions

Cancellation & Changes
Cancellations or changes must be sent in written (by email) to office@bif2023.org. Cancellations or changes by telephone cannot be accepted.

The following cancellation fees apply:

Cancellation until May 15, 2023: refund of registration fee minus a handling fee of EUR 90.00
Cancellation between May 16 and July 15, 2023: 50% cancellation fee
Cancellation after July 15, 2023: 100% cancellation fee
