DESCRIPTION:IPOKRaTES seminars provide high-quality postgraduate education\
 , enabling professionals to remain abreast of the most recent developments
  and to discuss clinical problems and scientific issues directly with inte
 rnational experts.\n\nThis seminar will focus on state-of-the-art manageme
 nt of critically ill neonates\, including delivery room care\, respiratory
  support\, infection prevention and control\, hemodynamics\, neonatal neur
 ology\, nutrition\, and long-term follow-up. Special emphasis will be give
 n to evidence-based interventions\, new guidelines\, advanced imaging\, an
 d innovative therapies. Workshops will provide hands-on training in lung u
 ltrasound\, vascular access\, and management of the difficult airway.\n\nT
 he programme aims to bridge current knowledge gaps\, foster critical discu
 ssion\, and support opportunities for research and collaboration in the ca
 re of preterm and sick newborn infants.
