Liebe Medibibler,
es gibt einen medizinischen Abstrakt- und Informationsservice, NISMEDINFO
genannt, der allerdings nur fuer Laender des frueheren Ostblocks
subscribierbar ist (s.u.).

*****************************************************************
The NISMEDINFO Digest, produced by the National Public Health and
Hospital Institute for the American International Health Alliance,
is a weekly compilation of full-text articles and medical abstracts
from leading medical and public health journals. NPHHI invites
your ideas and suggestions for upcoming issues of the NISMEDINFO
Digest. Please direct comments and inquiries to Kim Brooks at
kbrooks@igc.apc.org.

Die Auflagen sind folgende:

Dear Oliver,

Provided that the Digest would only be distributed to physicians in
the former DDR, I will be happy to subscribe you to the mailing
list. I am only concerned that it stays with them. We received
permission from publishers to reprint their abstracts on the basis
of the lack of current medical information circulating in the
former Soviet Union and former Soviet Bloc countries. Our goal is
to provide clinical and health policy information for health
professionals who have limited access to such materials. If you
believe that the physicians you serve in the former DDR are
experiencing difficulty in obtaining such information, they are
certainly eligible to subscribe. I do apologize for being so
particular, but copyright issues can be very sensitive. I hope
this information has been helpful, and I look forward to hearing
from you.

Kim Brooks
