The courses include
Basic Seminars (one course in the winter term and one in the summer term) which provide an introduction into epidemiology, anatomy, physiology, pathology and therapy of cardiovascular and pulmonary diseases
Journal Clubs covering topics such as vascular malformation, injury and repair in cardiovascular biology, hemodynamics and ventilation in neonates, genderaspects in cardiovascular medicine, applied research in cardiac surgery etc.
Seminars covering topics such as basic and clinical aspects in cardiovascular and pulmonary disease, challenges in perioperative coagulation management, progress in cardiovascular and pulmonnary critical care, vascular biology and coronary intervention etc.
