Biochemical properties

Cerato-platanins are fungal phytotoxic proteins located in the cell wall and involved in host-pathogen interaction Cerato-platanins contain four cysteine residues that form two disulphide bonds [1]. This family belongs to the double-psi beta-barrel superfamily.

This family contains Asp f 15 from Aspergillus fumigatus.
