5-HT1A Receptor Distribution Map

Serotonin-1A Receptor Distribution Map
Out of our PET data pool we generated a serotonin-1A receptor distribution map of the human brain. This parametric image represents the mean serotonin-1A receptor binding potential of 36 healthy subjects (18 females, 18 males). All scans were performed with the highly selective radioligand [carbonly-11C]WAY-100635. Individual parametric images were quantified using the simplified reference tissue model 2 and then normalized to the MNI stereotactic space.

This image shall demonstrate the regional 5-HT1A receptor binding in the living human brain and may even serve as a template for coregistration/normalization purposes. You can download it for free (Analize format) for personal use. If you appreciate it we are looking forward to hear about your impressions. 5-HT1B Receptor Distribution Map

Serotonin-1B Receptor Distribution Map
Out of our PET data pool we generated a serotonin-1B receptor distribution map of the human brain. This parametric image represents the mean serotonin-1B receptor binding potential of 22 healthy subjects (8 females, 14 males). All scans were performed with the highly selective radioligand [11C]P943. Individual parametric images were quantified using the multilinerar reference tissue model and then normalized to the MNI stereotactic space.

This image shall demonstrate the regional 5-HT1B receptor binding in the living human brain and may even serve as a template for coregistration/normalization purposes. 5-HT2A Receptor Distribution Map

Serotonin-2A Receptor Distribution Map
Out of our PET data pool we generated a serotonin-2A receptor distribution map of the human brain. This parametric image represents the mean serotonin-2A receptor binding potential of 19 healthy subjects (8 females, 11 males). All scans were performed with the highly selective radioligand [18F]altanserin. Individual parametric images were quantified on the basis of the cerebellum as a reference region (CReference) and the plasma activity concentration attributable to parent compound (CPlasma) with radioactivity concentrations averaged from 120 to 180 min p.i. and then normalized to the MNI stereotactic space.

This image shall demonstrate the regional 5-HT2A receptor binding in the living human brain and may even serve as a template for coregistration/normalization purposes. You can download it for free (Analize format) for personal use. If you appreciate it we are looking forward to hear about your impressions. 5-HTT Distribution Map

Serotonin Transporter Distribution Map
Out of our PET data pool we generated a serotonin transporter distribution map of the human brain. This parametric image represents the mean serotonin transporter binding potential of 30 healthy subjects (11 females, 19 males). All scans were performed with the highly selective radioligand [11C]DASB. Individual parametric images were quantified using the multilinear reference tissue model and then normalized to the MNI stereotactic space.

This image shall demonstrate the regional 5-HTT binding in the living human brain and may even serve as a template for coregistration/normalization purposes.
