Are you a medical student considering your options for specialization?
The European Society of Clinical Microbiology and Infectious Diseases (ESCMID www.eccmid.org) is offering a unique opportunity for 20 medical students at the University of Vienna to join over 10,000
participants at the society’s annual congress, ECCMID, from 22 – 25 April 2017. The first 20
applicants will receive free registration for the four-day congress which offers about 200
sessions on up to 12 tracks in parallel with about 3,000 poster presentations and talks by
world-leading experts. The medical students will also have a reserved place at the http://www.eccmid.org/scientific_programme/tae_trainees_day/ Trainees
Association of ESCMID round-table session. During this two-hour session, young
professionals will have the opportunity to discuss their career with an expert in the CM and
ID fields in an informal setting (10 persons per table).
