are to be communicated to the Department of student affairs of the Medical University of Vienna as soon as possible - at the latest, however, on the occasion of the notification of the continuation of studies.
Delivery or home address
You can change your address data (delivery address, home address) at any time during your studies using your login data online in MedCampus.
Change of name or nationality
A change of name or citizenship must be reported to the Department of student affairs by sending the notification of the relevant authority (as a scan or photo) or, in the case of marriage, by sending the marriage certificate (as a scan or photo) by e-mail via the student e-mail address.
In the case of a name change, the new student card will be sent by post.
In the case of subsequent submission of the academic degree, the diploma with the degree must be sent to the Department of student affairs as a scan or photo by e-mail via the student e-mail address.
