Booking platform for guest tickets

As a graduate:in you can book up to 18 guest seats on the booking platform of the Vienna Konzerthaus with a personal "promotion code", which you will receive by e-mail:

You will NOT be able to book wheelchair seating with your graduation code. If you have guests with wheelchairs, please contact klaus.dietl@meduniwien.ac.at.

If you did not receive a promotion code, also contact klaus.dietl@meduniwien.ac.at.

Select seats and add to shopping cart

  • Click on "Buy tickets" and then "Select seats in the hall image" (button at the very bottom). You will then get an overview of all seats in the hall. The indicated ticket price will be set to 0 Euro at the end of the booking if the personal promotion code is entered.
  • Then click in that area where you want to book seats - if there are still free seats there, a detailed view of this area will open from the perspective of the audience with a view of the stage.

  • You can book the light armchairs now by clicking on them. Your selected seats will then turn green and will also be displayed in a list below the image.

  • As soon as you confirm your seats by clicking on "Buy tickets", you will be taken to your "shopping cart" and you will be asked to log in (or register if this is your first time booking at the concert hall). Enter your data there.

Payment/redeem promotion code

  • In the next step - payment - you must provide a valid bank account or credit card. Your account or credit card will not be charged if you enter your promotion code in one of the next steps.

  • In the last step "Finish" you select "Print@home" for the tickets and enter in the field "Promotion" your personal code, which you received as a graduate:in by e-mail. The price of the individual tickets will then jump to 0 euros (older browser versions may still display the total price). With your code you can get up to 18 seats in total.

  • After completion, you will receive "print-at-home tickets" as pdf files to the specified email. Give these printed or digitally to your guests and keep in mind that each ticket can only be scanned 1x at the entrance. Therefore, it is best to pass on the tickets individually and personally, or store them carefully until the celebration.

  • If you do not manage to fill your quota and need more than 18 seats, please contact klaus.dietl@meduniwien.ac.at.
