Annual progress report meeting

After submission of the PhD thesis proposal, each PhD student has to organise himself/herself an annual meeting with their supervisor and thesis committee members to discuss the status of their original research project. 

To document the progress of your PhD project, you will have to fill in a progress report together with your supervisor and committee member each year. The report must be submitted by Email ( to the Doctorate´s office once all parties have signed the document. All required paper work can be found under forms & documents.
