"Neuropsychology for you!" in "Mein Logbuch – Ich kenne mich aus!"
The objective of this project is the establishment of neuropsychological diagnostics and treatment as a standardised program in the care of children and adolescents with brain tumours and to develop it in form of an associated program "Neuropsychology for you!". It is meant to contribute substantially to the implementation of neuropsychological diagnostics and treatment as a standard of the S3 Guideline and as "Standard of care" in the routine treatment for the psychological care in paediatric oncology and haematology.

"My log book" under the project management of Liesa J. Weiler represents a clinical psychological treatment concept of the psycho-education of children and adolescents in oncology. It provides orientation, processing and management options of the current disease and treatment situation through standardised and age-adequate communication, and is thus a directive through the medical and psychological treatment of children and adolescents.

Kindness for Kids is a non-profit foundation in Munich. It is concerned with assisting children with rare diseases and their families on a social and scientific level. The foundation organises medically supervised holiday camps for affected children and their siblings as well therapy-accompanied holidays for their entire family - with the focus on experiential education. The foundation furthermore finances and supports various research projects of the fundamental and health services research in the rare diseases sector.

The Kindness for Kids award promotes the implementation of the project for the current improvement of care. The award is endowed with € 40,000 and is granted every two years.
