We are sad to announce that our employee Ms. Jennifer Schüssler passed away unexpectedly and far too soon on January 24, 2025.
Ms. Schüssler was born on September 13, 1991 and had been a valued member of our university since August 1, 2011. She worked at MedUni Vienna's Teaching Center and took over some of the agendas in the dentistry curriculum, which she held until the end. She devoted herself to her task with the utmost care and thus made a significant contribution to the smooth running of the administrative processes in the dentistry program.
Her modest, calm demeanor, her reliability, her collegiality and, last but not least, her professional competence and commitment paired with an extraordinary warmth made her a valuable and highly valued member of our team. She was a colleague who not only impressed us with her professionalism, but also with her friendly nature and willingness to help.
Her loss leaves a huge gap in our team. We will remember her as a warm-hearted, reliable and valuable person.
Our deepest sympathy goes to her family, especially her little daughter, who was her pride and joy, her friends and everyone who was close to her.
