Olivier Delattre is MD and PhD. He graduated in Paris University. He is specialistinPediatrics. He is currently heading an inserm research unit and the pediatric, adolescent and young adult oncology center at Institut Curie in Paris. His laboratory made some seminal discoveries in the field of pediatric cancer research including the identification of the EWS-FLI1 fusion in Ewing sarcoma, the SMARCB1 inactivation in rhabdoid tumors, the ALK mutations in neuroblastoma or the BCOR-CCNB3 fusion in some Ewing-like tumor.He is interested in exploring the interplay between acquired somatic abnormalities, germline susceptibility and identity of the cell-of-origin
