General registration info

Please register early, as this workshop becomes oversubscribed fast.

The registration fees for the conference include:

• Admission to all scientific sessions
• Conference program booklet
• Abstract booklet
• Coffee breaks and lunches
• Hotel accommodation for 3 nights
• Welcome reception on May 5, 2022 in the hotel and meeting venue

The networking event on Saturday is not included in the package
Separate registration is required.

*The Medical University of Vienna is tax-exempt, therefore no VAT is charged

EULAR bursaries

EULAR supports participation with 40 EULAR travel grants of 500 EUR each for young scientists (under 35 years of age) who have submitted an abstract as first author. If you are eligible, please send a short e-mail together with your short CV (incl. date of birth) to the EWRR conference organising secretariat ewrr2022@wma.co.at by March 1, 2022. You will be informed if you have been awarded the EULAR bursary together with your abstract notification letter by March 7, 2022.

Registration process

Confirmation of registration and payment
You will receive a first email with an automatic acknowledgement that your registration has been received. The invoice will be sent to you within 1-2 working days. Confirmation of the registration will be sent as soon as the payment has been received.

Payment information
All payments must be made in advance in Euro (EUR) within 14 days after your registration and by the requested payment deadline.
To facilitate processing, participants should clearly indicate in all remittances their name, address and the purpose for which the payment is made. Either of the following means can be used for payment:

Payment Modalities

1. Credit Card
   EuroCard/MasterCard and Visa cards will be accepted.
2. Bank transfer
   Bank information will be listed on the invoice.
3. Payment onsite is not possible

Please note that access to the conference can only be granted with paid registration fee.

Cancellation policy
Notice of cancellation must be made in writing by e-mail to the conference office: ewrr2022@wma.co.at

Registration fees may be refunded if written cancellation has been received as follows:

1. by March 20, 2022: registration payment will be refunded
2. from March 21, 2022: no refunds will be made

The cancellation will not be effective until a written acknowledgement from the conference office is received.

No exceptions to the refund policy can be made, including health or family issues. By registering to the EWRR 2022 conference, participants agree that neither the organizing committee nor the conference office assume any liability whatsoever.

Press Registration

The conference is open to bona fide representatives of print and electronic media. Registration is free of charge to journalists in possession of a valid press card and who intend to report from the conference. Please send your request and scan of your valid Press-ID to: ewrr2022@wma.co.at

Once your request has been confirmed, we will send you the link to complete your online registration. Representatives of public relations companies, advertising agencies, marketing companies, pharmaceutical companies and their publications are not allowed to register as media.

Certificate of Attendance

Certificates of attendance will be sent electronically by email after the conference.
