(Vienna, 28-04-2023) Ljiljana Aničić from the Department of Pathophysiology and Allergy Research at MedUni Vienna has been awarded the EAACI research grant for young researchers.
The European Academy of Allergy and Clinical Immunology (EAACI) has awarded an international research grant to Ljiljana Aničić. The work entitled "Development of biomarkers for clinical success of allergen-specific immunotherapy", which investigates the efficacy of allergen-specific immunotherapy, is thus supported with prize money of 5000 euros. Supervisor of the project was Rudolf Valenta from the Department of Pathophysiology and Allergy Research at MedUni Vienna.
