Research interests
The research topic of my PhD revolves around stress response including its effects on metabolism and health. By establishing preclinical stress protocols and employing a variety of methods like µPET/CT-Imaging, Immunoassays, Omics, FACS, etc., I aim to gain further insight into this complex topic and help to understand how stress affects our body.
Techniques, methods & infrastructure
- Preclinicial Imaging µPET/CT & µPET/MR
- Image Analysis (πPMOD)
- ex-vivo Biodistribution Studies
- Radiochemistry (18F-labeling)
- (Bio)analytical Methods (ELISA, RT-PCR, HPLC, MS, AURA...)
