Immunization Record

This information is relevant for applicants for activities at institutions within the Vienna Hospital Association (Wiener Gesundheitsverbund WIGEV):

Trainees and new employees are only allowed to take up their work within the WIGEV after the submission of a certificate of immunity. This is a safety measure to protect patients and employees. The certification has to be issued by a medical doctor on the form „Immunitätsnachweis für neue MitarbeiterInnen und PraktikantInnen“.

The form can be downloaded on the website https://ausbildung.gesundheitsverbund.at/ (scroll down to section “Immunitätsnachweis“).

Please make sure to stick to the guidelines on how to fill in the form!!

Only the german version of this specific document will be accepted.

The completed Immunization Record has to be submitted to the International Office during the application procedure (PDF format) and presented in its original version to the clinical departments upon request.

Applications will only be accepted upon submission of the completed Immunization Record. The International Office reviews the document for completeness. Responsibility for admission to activities in the hospital sector rests with the relevant clinics.

Note that the hosting clinics may request further health certificates.
