Admission Requirements

Admission is granted to those who:

  • are authorised to practise medicine independently as general practitioners, specialists or licensed physicians
    or
    are in training to become a specialist in occupational medicine and applied physiology and have already completed occupational medical training in accordance with the Ordinance on the Occupational Medical Training of Physicians as amended

and

  • have provided occupational health care in accordance with the ASchG for a period of at least two years and for at least ten hours per week.

 

Occupational medicine training completed with an examination in accordance with the Ordinance on the Occupational Medical Training of Physicians as amended can be credited for the basic part of occupational medicine upon application.
