May – Presentation of the project in the journal “Das österreichische Gesundheitswesen – ÖKZ” (in German)

April – Publication of our manuscript “Project “Digital Skills Knowledge and Communication for Students of Medicine”” (in German) in the Journal for Higher Education Development (Zeitschrift für Hochschulentwicklung – ZFHE) on the special topic “Digitisation of Higher Education Teaching – Projects of Austrian Universities 2020–2024”

October – Start of the lecture series “631.000 – Digital Transformation in Healthcare” and “631.001 Basics of Digital Medicine” (with exercises)

August – In order to assess the attitudes and motivation of medical students towards digitalisation in medicine, a survey was conducted at all public universities/faculties. The resulting study “Digital Health Understanding and Preparedness of Medical Students: A Cross-Sectional Study” has now been published in Medical Education Online

May – In his presentation on the Digital Patient Journey at the dHealth Congress, Prof. Meryn points out the importance of digital education for future physicians

March – The elective course “Health 4.0 – Digitale Transformation im Gesundheitswesen” is nominated for the Ars Docendi State Prize for Excellent Teaching

March – Launch of the elective course “631.002 Digital Medicine Applications
