Study stays: Erasmus SMS Student Mobility Studies / SEMP Swiss-European Mobility Programme / Cooperations

Length: 2 to 12 months!

Nomination / application timeframe for study stays in the 2024/25 academic year:

01. April - 15. April 2024 Nomination period (relevant for coordinators at partner universities)*

01. April - 30. April 2024

Application period (relevant for nominated students)

* Partner universities will be informed about nomination process in due course via email. 

Traineeships: Erasmus SMT Student Mobility Traineeships / SEMP Swiss-European Mobility Programme Traineeships / OeAD Fellows

Length: 2 to 12 months!

Closing date for applications 4 weeks prior to intended start date
AND 4 weeks before the end of the admission period for the respective semester:
Winter semester
(intended start date from August 01 to January 31)
  • 4 weeks prior to intended start date
  • final deadline October 01 for intended start dates after November 01
Summer semester
(intended start date from February 01 to July 31)
  • 4 weeks prior to intended start date
  • final deadline March 01 for intended start dates after April 01

ATTENTION:

No admission possible between

  • November 01 and February 01
  • April 01 to August 01

Examples Winter Term:
planned start October 01: closing date 4 weeks prior to start date
planned start January 07: closing date October 01 (prior to start date)
Examples Summer Term:
planned start March 18: closing date 4 weeks prior to start date
planned start June 10: closing date March 01 (prior to start date)

 

Clerkships: Cooperation Partners (non-EU)

Prerequisite: Nomination by home university
