Welcome Cocktail

Costs per Ticket: included in the registration fee
Venue: Boat trip on the river Douro; meeting point 7:45 pm in the hotel lobby

Drinks and snacks will be served. More details will be announced during the meeting.

Farewell Dinner

Date: 15th August 2023
Start: 8:00 pm
Costs per Ticket: EUR 40,-/participation only possible if indicated during conference registration
Venue: Caves Cálem (Avenida Diogo Leite 344, 4400-111 Vila Nova de Gaia)

A welcome cocktail followed by a 4-course dinner will be served.
Alternatives for special dietary requirements (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free, food allergies) will be available only if you indicated your needs during the registration process. In case you will participate at the farewell dinner but did not indicate special dietary needs yet, you can do so via e-mail to office@bif2023.org until latest July 28, 2023. Any requests after that date cannot be considered!
