• Physical factors (noise, dust/gases, heat/cold, radiation, light/illumination, work equipment, chemical-toxic and biological agents)
• Psychological factors (organizational structure/process organization, corporate culture, effects of psychological influencing factors, survey and assessment of psychological stress and strain, older employees)
• Workplace health promotion (concepts for health counselling, burnout and stress management, addiction prevention, absenteeism and reintegration management)
• Preparation for starting a career (project management, investment planning, conducting interviews, contract law)
