The Master's course in Occupational and Organisational Medicine offers in-depth, scientifically and methodologically high-quality knowledge from various specialist disciplines, such as medicine, psychology and management. By learning the relevant terminology, graduates learn the "language of the company" that holistic and preventive medical professionals need to understand and communicate with different function holders in the company. This enables occupational and organisational physicians to not only take on the medical role in the preventive medical care of companies, but also to control processes within the framework of occupational health management and to incorporate preventive approaches into human resources management.
In addition, this interdisciplinary expansion of skills is combined for the first time with a specialist specialisation in the core competence of occupational medicine at specialist level. As a result, you will acquire the necessary competences for the preparation of occupational medical reports or scientific studies or for teaching or management functions.
