The master's programme in Occupational and Organizational Medicine offers valuable, in-depth scientific and methodological knowledge from different disciplines such as medicine, psychology and management. By learning the relevant terminologies, graduates learn the "language of the organisation", which holistic and preventive medical professionals need to understand and communicate with different functionaries in an organisation.
This enables occupational and organisational physicians to not only take on a medical role in the preventive medical care of organisations, but also to control processes within the framework of occupational health management and to introduce preventive approaches into human resources management.
