The abstract submission and registration for this year's YSA PhD symposium is now open.
All further information about the exciting scientific program, keynote speakers and prizes will be announced soon on the symposium website and social media.
You can submit your abstract and register for the symposium via the symposium website (https://www.meduniwien.ac.at/web/ueber-uns/young-scientist-association-ysa/events/19th-ysa-phd-symposium-2024/).
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Symposium credits are awarded based on active participation in the symposium (poster or oral presentation). Registration takes place only through the official website, registration at MedCampus is not required to obtain credits.
Dr Timea Helter has been awarded the “Award of Excellence” by the Austrian Federal Ministry of Education, Science and Research for her PhD dissertation “Capability approach for the measurement and valuation of outcomes in mental health economic evaluations – The use of the Oxford Capability questionnaire - Mental Health (OxCAP-MH)”, which she conducted at the Department of Health Economics within the Doctoral Programme Public Health. The “Award of Excellence” prize promotes the next generation of academics, by honoring the best doctoral graduates of each academic year.
