“Publish or die!” It’s a mantra that keeps scientists awake at night. Dr Zoltan Fehervari ,senior editor at Nature Research, will give his inside take on editor decision-making, tips on putting together a strong manuscript, and future directions in science publishing.
Dr. Zoltan Fehervari, is Senior Editor at Nature, part of the Springer Nature Group. Dr. Fehervari completed his MSc in Immunology at Imperial College London before pursuing his
PhD at the University of Cambridge, where he focused on immunological tolerance. He then conducted postdoctoral research on regulatory T cells at Kyoto University in Japan. In
2007, Dr. Fehervari transitioned to scientific editing, first at Cell Press, then joining Nature Immunology in 2010. Fehervari's expertise spans various aspects of immunology, including
tolerance, infectious diseases and therapeutics. He contributes to Nature's efforts in connecting basic science with translational applications, particularly in infectious disease,
vaccines and cancer immunotherapy.
