Research interests
As a data scientist and bioinformatician with a PhD in genetics and an MSc in data science, I bridge computational biology and clinical otorhinolaryngology by integrating multi-omics and patient datasets to decode the immune networks and pathophysiological drivers of chronic respiratory diseases - transforming complex biological signals into actionable mechanistic insights.
Techniques, methods & infrastructure
I leverage multi-omics data processing, advanced statistical modelling, interactive visualisation, and machine learning to decode complex biological systems from raw data to actionable insight.
