Research interests

I am a clinician scientist with a particular focus on oncolytic virotherapy and biomarker discovery for skin cancer. My research aims to identify and validate biomarkers that can predict patient response to novel therapies, with a strong emphasis on translational research, bridging laboratory discoveries to real-world clinical applications. In my clinical role, I serve as a sub-investigator in Phase II and III clinical trials for metastatic melanoma and non-melanoma skin cancers at the Medical University of Vienna.
