Research interests

I am a historian of science and medicine with a keen interest in processes of knowledge production and transnational circulation. I specialise in the history of brain science, neurology and psychiatry in Habsburg Austria and the First Republic, the Japanese Empire and Korea under Japanese colonial rule.
