Research interests
My main research focuses on the variability of the human connectome. Genettic and environmental influnces on variability are investigated as well as reorganisation due to disease, especially epilepsy.
Techniques, methods & infrastructure
Medical image analysis, including statistical and mathematical methods as well as machine learning, is used to gain knowledge of brain organistaion from functional magnetic resonance imaging (fmri) data.
