Research interests
In our group, we focus on the development of multimodal optical coherence tomography (OCT) approaches and their application in pre-clinical and translational research. My project involves the optimization of a vis-OCT setup for elastographic imaging of the anterior eye, to investigate a novel biomechanical contrast mechanism based on the physiologically-induced tissue nano-scale displacements.
